Fiona Bell


Fiona Bell is a writer and translator from St. Petersburg, Florida. Her work has appeared in The New Yorker, The Los Angeles Review of Books, Asymptote Magazine. She is an editor at Full Stop.
Her translations from Russian include Nataliya Meshchaninova’s Stories of a Life, the short fiction of Tatsiana Zamirovskaya, and the first novel of nineteenth-century writer Avdotya Panaeva.
As a playwright, director, and clown, Fiona brings physical theater practices to her scholarship and teaching. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah and can be reached at bellfiona@protonmail.com.
